Put warning/Block on Registry Editor Cleaner

The one click erased Sys32, Used Restore point lost some important stuff that isn't replaceable, Bummer. Take the registry cleaner out of the one click and make where you have to okay it's use with proper warning about files in the all important registry. Already had an earlier version that was set up to ignore the registry forgot on the newest version now lost both versions for good bummer I like it.
